Hyderabad: A customer found a piece of sponge in a chicken dish served to him at Kritunga hotel, Punjagutta. However the customer didn’t lodge a complaint with GHMC, nor he availed the discount offered by the hotel.
The customer, who wished to remain anonymous said, “I had ordered a chicken curry. However, I found a sponge piece in it. The supervisor and management tried to get rid of me. They also offered a discount, which I refused,” quoted DC.
