Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao today announced that Telangana State Legislature Secretary will get Chief Secretary status hereafter.
During his concluding remarks on the final day of six-day Assembly session here on Saturday, KCR said it was better to elevate the post of Legislature Secretary to such a post and respect his work. Since it was being done in Parliamentary Legislature, it is our duty to respect the official, the Chief Minister maintained. (NSS)
