Chief Secretary P K Mohanty today launched beta-version of the services under the AP Single Window Services on eBiz portal that paves an easy way for investors and businessmen in the State to usher in a new era of speedy and hassle free development.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohanty said the Mission Mode Project will mark a paradigm shift in the government’s approach to providing Government to Business (G2B) services to the business and investor communities in the State. Mohanty said this was the 32 integrated national eGovernance plan of the Government of India.
The ambitious project aims to simplify the regulatory ecosystem in India that would provide a secure one stop shop for all investment and business information and services 24X7 on a single portal. It also avoids the need to physically interface with various regulatory authorities at the Central and State and local government levels, besides allows a single payment to be made electronically, he explained.
The Chief Secretary also said the eBiz system will offer all 13 services to general public, including permission for site and building between HMDA, TCP, draw ground water, approvals of plans from factories department, factories license, fire services NOC, Industrial incentives for power, VAT, allotment of scarce raw materials, MSME registration, NOC from GM, DIC for MSME, annual filing under factories Act, License for manufacturing bulk drugs and formulations.
The department officers are familiarized with the eBiz system and all the 13 services will be made available to general public from March 1.
