Crude palm oil futures rise on fresh buying

New Delhi, Apr 22: Crude palm oil prices inched up by Rs 1.10 or 0.31 per cent to Rs 360 per 10 kg in futures market today, as demand improved at existing lower levels. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for May contract gained Rs 1.10, or 0.31 per cent to Rs 360 per 10 kg, with an open interest of 2,309 lots.

Similarly, the oil for delivery in April contract traded higher by Rs 0.70, or 0.20 per cent to Rs 358 per 10 kg in a business turnover of 1,714 lots. Traders said, fresh buying by traders on pick up in demand in the spot market, helped crude palm oil prices to trade higher at futures market
