Jammu, Jun 15: The cross-LoC trade was suspended again today as traders stopped business activities to protest the ban on the trade of Carom seeds from PoK by the Jammu and Kashmir government.
The twice a week trade also came to a halt on June one, two, eight and nine as traders continued their protest, officials said.
Traders held a meeting with Poonch Deputy Commissioner Kuldeep Khajuria on June seven in a bid to resolve the issue, they said.
But, the matter remained unresolved.
