Crispy Veg Wrap

Ingredients

1. 2 multi-grain rotis
2. 2 tsp low-fat hung yoghurt
3. 1/2 tsp English mustard
4. 1/2 tsp honey
5. 1/2 carrot, julienned
6. 1/2 red pepper, julienned
7. 1/2 yellow pepper, julienned
8. 1/2 cucumber, julienned
9. 2 salad leaves
10. Mint leaves, to garnish

Method:
1. Mix yoghurt with mustard and honey. Spread 1 tsp onto each roti.
2. Divide veggies and place on half the roti.
3. Roll up and crunch through!
