On the advice of Special Officer of Wakf Board, Mr. Shaik Mohammed Iqbal, IPS, Mr. M.A. Hameed, CEO of Wakf Board submitted a petition in Abids Police Station against K.M. Arifuddin, Secretary, Majlis Shura Dasti Parchabafi Harmaiyan Shareefian for irregularities, Cheating and misappropriation of funds under sections 406, 409 and 420 of IPC. ACP Abids division, Mr. Jaipal instructed the inspector of Police to issue FIR and give its copy to the complainant.
