The police on Friday seized the Lamborghini, a high-end car from a Kerala based businessman Mohammed Nisham (39), who is accused of killing a security, was brought to Bangalore by the Cubbon Park police three days ago on transit warranon in connection with a case of threatening and assaulting a software engineer in December last year.
Nisham allegedly attacked the techie and almost ran him over for objecting to frequent disturbances at night at a residential area in central Bangalore.
The incident took place on the night of December 22, 2014 but Bangalore police registered a criminal case against Nisham, owner of the King Beedi Company in Kerala, on February 16.
