House burgled at Langar Houz
(Siasat News): The burglars gained entry into the house of a retired person at Langar Houz and decamped with 49 tolas of gold ornaments.
According to the police, the victim Sheikh Khader had gone to the clinic for his medical checkup and had locked the house. In the meantime, the burglars broke open the lock and gained entry into the house and made their escape good with 49 tolas of gold ornaments.
When Mr. Khader returned home, he came to know about the burglary. He immediately lodged a complaint with the police. The police team reached the spot along with the forensic experts and registered a case.
Further investigations are on.
Brothel raided
(Siasat News): Police raided a place at Shivpuri colony in L B Nagar where it is alleged that a brothel was being run.
Police also arrested the woman pimp Madhuri who used to supply girls to the customers along with her associates Sandhya, Shiv Raju and Prashanth.
A sum of Rs. 4300, mobile phones and motorbikes were also seized. Further investigations are underway.
Youth electrocuted to death during mobile charging
(Siasat News): A youth died due to electric shock when he was busy charging his cell phone. It is said that the deceased Abbas, 17, native of Vikarabad, had come to Hyderabad to meet his paternal grandmother.
Yesterday, he wanted to recharge his cell phone and was about to put the charger into the socket, he was all of a sudden, electrocuted to death.
Though he was admitted to the local hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Bomb call proved hoax
(Siasat News): Some unidentified persons called the authorities at Secunderabad railway station and informed that a bomb was planted on the platform that could burst any time.
That information turned all the officials and the passengers panicky. Railway police immediately called bomb disposal squad and the entire railway station was thoroughly searched but no bomb was found.
Later, it was announced that the bomb call was hoax. It is further said that some anti-social elements wanted to create panic and had played this trick.
Minor dies in road accident
(Siasat News): In a tragic road accident occurred at L B Nagar, a two and half years old minor Surya lost his life. The deceased was the son of Parvatalu and Bhavani. He was playing near his house when he suddenly met with an accident.
Police said that Bhavani was feeding him near her house which is located adjacent to the main road. In the meantime, a speeding car hit Surya that proved fatal.
L B Nagar police has registered a case against the car driver and the dead body was handed over to the relatives after post mortem.
