Housewife robbed
(Siasat News): A chain snatcher snatched a gold chain from a woman near her residence at Venkateshwara colony in Saroornagar in the wee hours of Friday.

The victim Yadamma, 55, was plucking flowers when this incident occurred as he suddenly came near to her and ran away with the gold chain.

A case is registered and further investigation is on to nab the culprit.

Gold stolen from trader’s house

(Siasat News): Burglars gained entry into the house of a trader at Park colony in Chaitanyapuri and made their escape good with nearly 650 grams of gold ornaments when the residents were fast asleep.

They gained entry through the main door that was open. The house owner Prabhakar, 60, is a trader at Malakpet and stays at the multistory building.

On the fateful day, the door was not properly closed that gave the burglars the readymade chance to gain entry into the house.

Following the complaint of Mr. Prabhakar, a case has been registered and a manhunt is launched to neb the burglars.

Man held for the murder

(Siasat News): The police have solved the mystery of the murder of a teenager which occurred a few days ago and a person is arrested in connection with the same.

The accused is identified as Srinivas, 30, a resident of Moosapet and native of Prakasam district. Inspector K Puroshottam said that Srinivas suspected an extramarital affair between his wife and neighbor K Giri who was just 17-year-old.
