Brothel run by police constable busted
(Siasat News): It is the duty of the police to curb the crimes and other anti-social activities in the society but when the police itself turned into criminals, the less said the better.
A man who is a police constable but has been running a brothel. This was revealed when the special operation team had conducted the raid on his brothel and was shocked to learn that the kingpin of the brothel was none other than the custodian of the law.
However, the said constable was not caught red-handed. According to SOT, on a tip-off, a raid was conducted a raid on a house situated at APSP colony in L B Nagar police limits.
It is said that the constable Ramesh was attached to 7 battalion in Bapupally. He has been li8ving in a rented house in A P Housing Board and there he was running a brothel by hiring the services of whores. Police has also arrested three women in the raid.
The ID card of Ramesh and four cellphones are also seized. However, Ramesh fled the scene before police could take any action against him.
Woman ends life in Kanchan Bagh
(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide in Kanchan Bagh. Sub-inspector Mr. Varunkant Reddy said Sheikh Abida, 45, hanged herself to death.
She was the wife of one Mohd. Khaleel of Kanchan Bagh who along with his son and son-in-law has been living abroad for quite some time and the deceased has been living in the city with her daughter.
However, she was under mental pressure and she wanted to get out of it.
Police suspect that when Abida realized that her mental condition is not going to be normal, she might have taken the extreme step.
