Wives commit suicide over harassment
(Siasat News): Two women committed suicide in two different incidents occurred at Lalaguda and Medpally as they were facing the harassments of their husbands.
Lalaguda police said that the deceased Urmila, 21, wife of one Anil residing at railway quarters area, was a private employee. He was an alcoholic and used to harass his wife under the influence of alcohol.
His wife didn’t like it and yesterday, she took the extreme step of hanging herself to death.
In the second incident, Medpally police said that the deceased Pushpalatha, 22, wife of Rajsekhar of Boduppal. She poured kerosene on her body on April 1 and set herself ablaze.
She was reportedly harassed by her husband. She was admitted in a hospital where she died during the treatment.
Police has registered both the cases and further investigations are on.
Two die in train accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons died in two different train accidents in Kachiguda railway police limits.
According to railway police Kachiguda, the deceased C H Sagar, 27, was the son of one Shankar of Manthani in Karimanagar, died in a train accident occurred at Seetfalmandi.
In the second accident occurred between Budvel and Falaknuma railway stations where a 40-year-old unidentified man died.
Railway police Kachiguda has registered the cases and investigations are on.
Fear of mother’s ire led to suicide
(Siasat News): A boy who had sold domestic items from of his house without the knowledge of his mother, committed suicide as he was afraid of his mother’s ire and reprimand.
This incident occurred in Rajendranagar police limits where Mahesh, 14, took the extreme step on April 3. He had sold his household items such sofas and other furniture to a scrap dealer.
His other relatives had come to know about his and he was feared that once his mother would know everything, she would not spare him.
Fearing this, he committed suicide. Police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
