Another dowry murder
(Siasat News): A woman was allegedly killed by her husband and in-laws as they wanted more dowry. This incident occurred at Raghuvendra colony in Meerpet.
As per the details the deceased B Sunitha, 35, was married to one Ravinder in 1996. However, since last 2-3 years, he has been harassing his wife for more dowry and she was subjected to physical torture too.
He allegedly strangulated her to death and later her dead body was hanged from the roof. Following the complaint of the Sunitha’s relatives, police has registered a case against her husband and in-laws and further investigations are on.
Boy electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): An 11-year-old boy electrocuted to death in Ibrahimpatnam. The deceased Mahesh was the resident of Pragathi Nagar.
Yesterday, he was drying his clothes in his house when he accidentally came into contact with a live wire and had sustained severe burn injuries.
He was immediately shifted to Osmania Hospital where he died during the treatment.
Fire in Beauty Parlour
(Siasat News): An incident of fire in a beauty parlour in Chandrayangutta sent shock waves in the locality. Yesterday, at 6 pm, the premises of New Fashion Beauty Parlour caught fire.
When people noticed the thick smoke emanating from the premises, they immediately informed the police and the fire brigade was also called. The fire was shortly extinguished.
Police further said that the short circuit was the cause of the fire. The investigations are on.
Man murdered
(Siasat News): A 28-year-old man was found in a pool of blood near his house late last night and identified as Rakesh, resident of Bolarum Bazar, Secunderabad.
He was a painter by profession. Police shifted him to Gandhi Hospital where he died during the treatment. Police suspect that he might have been murdered.
A case has been registered and further investigations are in progress.
