Vigilance raids at Chandrayangutta
(Siasat News): Vigilance and Enforcement raided some godowns situated at Chandraynagutta and seized 704 bags of grains.

According to reliable sources, a godown situated near a function hall was raided. The officials seized 534 bags containing rice with each bag containing 50 kgs, 151 bags of wheat and 19 bags of sugar.

This raid was conducted under the supervision of Regional and Enforcement officer Soni Baladevi where 532 quintals of grain seized in totality and some people are arrested.

Two die in train accident

(Siasat News): Two persons died in two different accidents occurred in Nampally and Secunderabad railway police limits.

According to railway police Nampally, G Raju, 45, resident of Sheikhpet and an auto driver by profession. He reached in Nampally railway station limits today and committed suicide by lying on the railway tracks.

According to railway police Secunderabad, the deceased Kavitha, 26, wife of one Mallesh of Alwal, was busy in scaffolding work between Hafizpet and Hitech City railway stations when she was hit by a speeding train.

Railway police has registered both the cases and further investigations are on.

Suspicious death of a technical officer

(Siasat News): A technical officer of DLRL died in suspicious circumstances in Kanchan Baug. The deceased D V Raju Ratnam, 57 was a technical officer.

He was an alcoholic and went missing since the night of January 4. Later, he was found dead in his own house.

Police suspect that the deceased might have died under the influence of alcohol and this might be the case of overdose. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Dead body exhumed, post mortem conducted

(Siasat News): A 50-year-old woman Madhav Reddy Laxma had hanged herself to death on January 4 and after that she buried.

However, the father Baka Reddy of the deceased was suspicious about her death and alleged that she might have been killed. He lodged a complaint in this connection with Shamshabad RGI police.

Shamshabad RGI inspector Durga Prasad had requested Tahseeldar Lachi Reddy to get the post mortem of the dead body done.

Today, under his supervision, the dead body was exhumed from the grave and the post mortem was conducted.

Police is now awaiting the report of the post mortem and further action would be taken accordingly.

Man fell down from building, dies

(Siasat News): A man fell down from a building in suspicious circumstances and died. Police sources said that the deceased Sheikh Shahid, 55, resident of Hydershah Court, Sun City.

He was a driver and fell down from the third floor of a building in Narsingi and sustained severe injuries.

He was admitted to a hospital where he died during the treatment. Police is further investigating.
