Woman arrested for consuming liquor in hospital
(Siasat News): Chilkalguda police has arrested a woman consuming liquor in broad day light at Gandhi Hospital. As per the details, Shobha, 22 who is associated with a centre working for women’s protection, was sent by the authorities of the centre along with the pregnant woman as an escort.
However, the Shobha, instead of looking after the pregnant woman, was found consuming liquor in the concourse of the hospital. Security staff of the hospital caught her red-handed.
Her centre was also informed and later, she was arrested by the police.
Daughter kills alcoholic father
(Siasat News): In a bizarre incident, a 13-year-old girl attacked her 50-year-old alcoholic father with a stick as the entire family was upset by the man.
The man Tammanna died instantly. Inspector Rajendranagar Mr. Venkat Reddy said the deceased was a native of Mahboobnagar and had shifted to Rajendranagar last month along with his family members in search of livelihood.
He was an alcoholic and used to fight and misbehave with his daughter under the influence of alcohol.
Last night, the same thing happened and this time, his daughter could not tolerate the misbehaviour and attacked him with a stick killing him on the spot. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Man dies in suspicious circumstances
(Siasat News): A man died in Pet Bashirabad in suspicious circumstances, it is said that the deceased G Chenna, 23, resident of Dattatreya Nagar, Pet Bashirabad, hanged himself to death last night.
Police sources said that he along with his wife Suryamma went to sleep as usual in their room. However, Chenna found dead the next morning. It is also said that the duo had scuffle last night on a petty issue.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are in progress.
Another case of kidnap
(Siasat News): A minor girl was kidnapped from Nallakunta area. As per the details, the abductors had kidnapped three children yesterday but they had taken only 5-year-old girl Mamata along with them.
The irony of it is that the abductors were women. Police is now alert and a crackdown operation has begun to nab the women abductors.
