Another dowry death
(Siasat News): A woman who was under tremendous pressure for more dowry and was being harassed, took the extreme step of ending her life by hanging.
This incident occurred in L B Nagar police station limits where Sujatha, 28, committed the suicide. She was married five years ago.
However, after few months of the marriage, her husband and other in-laws started harassing her for more dowry.
When she could not bear the stress, she took the extreme step. Police is busy investigating.
Man electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): A man electrocuted to death in Shamirpet. According to police sources, the deceased Habeeb Khan, 31, resident of Majidpur, Shamirpet, has been working in a hotel.
Yesterday, during the work in the hotel, he came into contact with a live wire and was severely burnt.
He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he died during the treatment. Further investigations are on.
Ill health led to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman allegedly committed suicide in Maheshwaram. 35-year-old Kamramma was the wife of one Jagdish, resident of Maheshwaram. She was very upset over her deteriorating health since last two/three months.
Yesterday, she poured kerosene on her body and set herself ablaze. She had sustained 80% burns and died last night.
Police is busy investigating the motive behind her suicide.
Man fell down from building, dies
(Siasat News): A man fell down from a building at Bnajara Hills and died.
According to police, the deceased P V Nagabhushnam, resident of Road No.8, was busy in some work on the first floor of the said building.
However, during the work, he lost his balance and fell down on the ground. He had sustained severe injuries and died last night.
Further investigations are in progress.
