Man dies in Kattedan

(Siasat News): A man died in suspicious circumstances at Kattedan, an industrial area on the outskirts of the city. He was burnt to death in the concourse of the company where he was working.

This incident sent shock waves in the locality. Police is visiting the site of the incident and from some corners, it is said that this was a cold blooded murder committed by hatching a conspiracy.

Police is yet to ascertain this theory. The 35 to 40-year-old deceased is also yet to be identified.

Police said that the deceased had fallen from a height of 50 ft. into a burning garbage dump and had sustained severe burn injuries.

Mailardevpally Police has registered a case.

Dead body found in small pond

(Siasat News): Pahadi Shareef police has recovered the dead body of an aged man from a small pond who went missing since April 1.

Police said that the deceased was on Brahamachari, 70, a carpenter by profession. He had left his house on April 1 but did not return.

Police Pahadi Shareef is further investigating.

Notorious thief arrested

(Siasat News): Shamshabad RGI police has arrested a notorious thief and recovered stolen gold ornaments and cash from his possession.

As per the details, the notorious thief was one Rachamalla Praveen, 31 and arrested by the crime team of Shamshabad RGI team. The thief had committed a theft in a house a year ago and sometimes back, he had stolen Rs. 80,000 from the cabin of a doctor at Swamy Hospital.

Yesterday, he was arrested and police recovered two and half tolas gold, 35 tolas silver and Rs. 33,000 in cash from his possession.

A case was registered against him and later he was sent to judicial custody.

Chocolate racket unearthed

(Siasat News): A godown was raided and a huge stock was fake chocolates of branded names was seized.

The special operation team of Cyberabad raided some places in Suleman Nagar and Rajendranagar. A man was arrested and some machines valued at Rs. 10 lakh and other items of poor quality were seized.

According to SOT the chocolates were manufactured with adulteration of toxic items and sold in the market with wrappers of branded names.

On a tip-off the SOT had conducted raids and the racket was unearthed. The modus operandi of the culprits was that the expired date chocolates were collected from various dealers and after the adulteration of other chemicals, the chocolates were manufactured afresh.

Police is also collecting information about those dealers who were involved in selling expired date chocolates.
