14 gamblers arrested
(Siasat News): Musheerabad police has raided a house at Bholakpur and arrested 14 persons involved in gambling.
Additional inspector Musheerabd Mr. Mohd. Riyazuddin said that as soon as he got the information, he immediately conducted a raid on a residential premises and arrested 14 persons present there and seized Rs. 43000 cash from their possession.
Later, they were produced in the court and handed over to judicial custody.
Plastic factory caught fire
(Siasat News): An incident of fire took place in Sri Krishna plastic factory situated at Gagan Pahad in Rajendranagar where the plastic material worth Rs. 7 lakh gutted.
The smoke can be seen from the far off areas too. Four fire engines and water tankers were put into service to extinguish the fire.
It took ten long hours to control the fire completely. According to Shamshabad RGI police, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
It is suspected that the short circuit or the throwing of cigarette butt might be the cause of the fire.
