Four die in train accidents
(Siasat News): four persons including a girl lost their lives during different train accidents in the city and the outskirts. Two accidents occurred in Nampally Railway police limits and two occurred in Secunderabad Railway police limits.
According to Nampally Railway police, 40-year-old R Ravi, native of Warangal died when he was crossing the railway tracks between Begumpet and nature Cure Hospital stations.
In the second incident, one Satish Kumar, 28, killed himself by jumping before a running train. Satish was the resident of Patancheru and was mentally imbalanced. He committed suicide near Lingampally Railway station.
According to Secunderabad Railway police, one Monika, 19, native of Ghatkesar and was studying in B. Tech II year. She was passing from near the Ghatkesar railway lines along with her friend when the accident occurred.
Another young boy Vikas, resident of Komantapally, Ranga Reddy, hit by a train near Dabeerpura railway station.
All cases are being registered with the concerned railway police and further investigations are on.
Man held with pistol
(Siasat News): Cyberabad police arrested a person with a country made pistol and seven live cartridges at Sanathanagar.
Police said the accused G Nagabhushnam, 47, native of Kakinada, was moving under suspicious circumstances at Fatehnagar when he was caught.
He had threatened to kill his brother to get their family property. The pistol was hidden in his shirt. Further investigations are on.
