Chain snatchers gang arrested
(Siasat News): The crime party of Malkajgiri police has arrested a 4-member gang involved in chain snatching in Hyderabad and Cyberabad.
It is said that the kingpin of the gang was auto driver Sushil Kumar. He was involved in the crime along with his associates Imroz, Stanley and Ashwin.
Police said that Sushil Kumar used to take clues from crime news shown on TV and used to steal motorbikes and snatch gold chains from ladies. He used to sell the stolen goods and later a meager amount was distributed among his associates.
Police has seized 272 grams gold ornaments, laptop, five motor bikes and other materials.
Man electrocuted to death
(Siasat News): A man electrocuted to death in suspicious circumstances in Jeedimetla when he was trying to repair a defected fan.
Police Jeedimetla said that the deceased Barma Rao, 22, was the resident of Chintal, was mending the defected fan in his house at 11 pm when he was electrocuted to death.
Police is further investigating.
Two cases of suicide
(Siasat News): Two men committed suicide in Gandhi Nagar and Rajendranagar police station limits.
Police Gandhi nagar said that the deceased Navin Kumar, 25, resident of Bholakpur, had poured kerosene on his body on February 26 and set himself ablaze.
He died during the treatment last night. Navin Kumar was an alcoholic and used to fight with his wife under the influence of alcohol.
Rajendranagar police said that Ramesh, 23, resident of Shivrampally, attempted suicide on February 18 because of his deteriorating health and died during the treatment last night.
Further investigations are in progress.
Dead body found in Saroornagar talaab
(Siasat News): Saroornagar police has fished the dead body of a man from the local talaab. As per the details, the deceased was D Krishna, 40, resident of Linen Nagar and hailed from Nalgonda.
He was a labour. He mysteriously went missing since March 1.
Police suspect that he might have accidently fallen into the pond. Further investigations are on.
