Minor abducted from Rikabgunj
(Siasat News): A two and half years old minor was abducted from Rikabgunj in old city. As per the details, it is said that the minor Akash Manji s/o one Gopal Manji was allegedly abducted by their servant Ram Prasad.

He had wooed the child to buy him some crackers and took him away. Charminar police said that the father of the minor hailed from W Bengal and has been working as a goldsmith.

He had lodged a complaint in which he said that the servant Ram Prasad was terminated from his services last month, as he was involved in theft case.

However, later his services were restored. He alleged that Ram Prasad had avenged his termination by abducting the child of his employer.

Inspector Mohan Kumar has registered the case and a manhunt is launched to nab Ram Prasad.

Wife commits suicide over delay in Diwali shopping

(Siasat News): A 28-year-old woman B Vijaya committed suicide for the simple reason of not being invited by her parents on the occasion of Diwali. She took the extreme step at her house situated at Shanti Nagar in Moosapet.

According to Kukatpally police, the husband of the deceased Krishna Naik has been working in a private company and his salary was not paid on time due to this, he could not any Diwali shopping for his wife and children.

However, on the night of Saturday, he got his salary. A happy Naik then took his wife and children out for shopping.

Then too, Vijaya was upset as she was not invited by her parents on the occasion of Diwali and took the extreme step of ending her life. Further investigations are on.

Man dies in road accident

(Siasat News): A speeding lorry rammed into a motorbike in Nacharam killing the rider instantly.

Police said that the deceased M Srihari, 22, native of Mallapuram, Prakasham district, was passing from Nacharam area late last night when a speeding lorry coming from opposite direction, severely hit him.

Srihari died on the spot and the lorry driver fled the scene. Police Nacharam has registered a case against the driver for reckless driving and the manhunt launched.

Under treatment labour dead

(Siasat News): A 50-year-old construction labour who was severely injured when doing some house hold work and was accidentally electrocuted and had sustained burn injuries in L B Nagar police station limits, died during the treatment.

According to L B Nagar police, the deceased U Baliah was electrocuted on October 31 and was admitted in Osmania Hospital for treatment.

However, he succumbed to his injuries last night.
