New bride commits suicide
(Siasat News): The suspicious death of a newly wed bride sent shock waves in Sanathnagar. 20-year-old Roja was married just about two months back but she was found dead in a sump of the house.
According to police sources, Roja and Venuchari, resident of Borabanda, got married on August 12, 2012.
At the time of the marriage, Roja’s parents had promised the dowry worth Rs. 7.5 lakh. Out of that Rs. 7 lakh was already given. The dispute was for remaining amount. Roja’s in-laws were harassing her for the money.
This made Roja frustrated and she took the extreme step. On the other hand, her in-laws are denying any charge of allegedly killing her saying that she was accidentally fell into the sump.
Police Sanathnagar has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Girl student hangs self in the classroom
(Siasat News): A girl who wanted to pursue her studies to fulfill the dreams of her parents, took the extreme step of ending her life.
This incident occurred in KPHB police station limits. According to police sources, Soujanya, 17, was the student of Intermediate at Narayana Junior College.
She took the extreme step in the classroom itself. According to suicide note found near her, she was not happy studying in Hyderabad.
She was just fulfilling the desire of her parents and was living in a hostel. Police suspect that she might not be in a position to face the odds of life and tough circumstances.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Man affected with HIV and TB commits suicide
(Siasat News): A man who was affected with HIV and TB, ended his life by consuming pesticides.
This incident occurred in Rajendranagar police station limits where B Narsimha, 32, an autorickshaw driver and resident of Upparpally.
He had two children. However, he was much worried when he was diagnosed with HIV and TB. He became disinterested in life and ultimately took the extreme step.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
