Mother slit neck of alcoholic son
(Siasat News): A mother, who was very upset over the misbehaviour of her alcoholic son, killed him by slitting his neck. This incident occurred at Barkas.
As per the details, the deceased Sheikh Baba, 30, an auto driver and resident of Barkas, was an alcoholic and used to harass her mother Fatima Bi and wife Ayesha Begum under the influence of alcohol.
Today, after consuming liquor, he reached home and fought with them and later went to sleep. In the meantime, his mother picked a kitchen knife and slit the neck of her son, killing him instantly.
Later, she reached Chandrayangutta police station and surrendered. Chandayangutta sub-inspector P Shanmugam reached the spot and shifted the dead body to Osmania Hospital and registered a case against Fatima Bi who was arrested.
Shops burgled
(Siasat News): The burglars broke open two shops in the busy area of Patthergatti and looted cash and precious items.
Mir Chowk police said that the burglars broke open the shutter of Shoe World and looted the cash and other item. Similarly, the burglars also broke open Madina Carpets and made their escape good with costly carpets and cash.
Following the complaints of the shop owners, police team reached there and registered a case. Further investigations are on.
Telangana festivity led to death
(Siasat News): In a tragic incident, an electrician who was busy in decoration, came into contact with a live wire and dead.
According to Abids police, Syed Ahmed, 40, resident of Idi Bazar, Fatehshah Nagar, was an electrician. Yesterday, when the entire city was being decorated for the Telanagana Formation Day, Syed Ahmed was also busy in decoration work at Gate No. 2 in Nizam College.
However, during the work, he came into contact with a live wire in suspicious circumstances and died. Inspector Abids Uma Maheshwar Rao said that a case of suspicious death is registered and further investigation is in progress.
Man fell from height
(Siasat News): A man fell down from a height while sleeping. This incident occurred in Chandanagar police limits where Prem Noori, 26, who was the resident of Chandanagar and was a private employee.
Yesterday, he was sleeping in a penthouse and fell down in suspicious circumstances that proved fatal for him.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are midway.
