Attempt to sell fake tiger skin foiled
(Siasat News): The team of commissioner task force of west zone arrested four conmen who were trying to sell fake tiger skin.
It is said that H Vitthal Rao, 38, P Jagdish, 20, R Amarnath, 21, and Sheikh Amjad, 26, had obtained a fake tiger skin and were trying to sell the same at Rs. 6 lakh.
When they were grilled, they revealed that they had obtained the fake skin from Shankar, a Nalgonda native and trying to get heavy profit by re-selling it.
All the accused along with the tiger skin, handed over to Naraynaguda police.
Two die in train accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons died during crossing the railway tracks.
In the first case, a man from M Shankarappa, a labour and hails from Gulbarga, was trying to cross the railway tracks between Budvel and Shivrampally railway stations when he was hit by a fasr approaching train.
Railway police Kachiguda has registered a case.
In the second incident, another 45-year-old man who is yet to be identified was crossing the railway tracks between Falaknuma and Shivrampally railway stations without realizing that a train is fast approcahing.
He was hit and died on the spot. Kachiguda police has shifted the dead body to Osmania Hospital mortuary.
Ill health led to suicide
(Siasat News): A man, who was very upset over his deteriorated health, took the extreme step of ending his life by consuming pesticide.
The deceased Ramulu, 60, was not keeping well for quite some time. He had consumed pesticide on January 30.
He was shifted to Osmania Hospital where he died during the treatment last night.
Jeedimetla police has registered a case.
Accidentally burnt student dies
(Siasat News): A 14-year-old girl student accidentally got burnt and died.
As per the details, the deceased Rukhsana Begum, resident of Achi Reddy Nagar, Falaknuma, sustained burn injuries when she was lighting a lamp on January 27.
She was shifted to Osmania Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries last night. Falaknuma police has registered a case.
