Dacoits gang arrested
Hyderabad, February 3 (Siasat News): Charminar police has unearthed a notorious two-member dacoit gang and seized Rs. 31,000 cash, three cell phones and a Hero Honda motorcycle from their possession estimated to Rs. 65,000.
This was disclosed by ACP Charminar Mr. Ram Mohan in a press conference. He said that Njamuddin alias Mujju, 27, resident of Al-Juber colony, Chandrayangutta and Feroz, 19, resident of Farooq Nagar, Falaknuma are arrested.
He further said that the gang had committed crimes in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits. Najmuddin was a real estate broker but he was unsatisfied with his work and income and to earn easy bucks, he had formed the gang.
He used to commit the offences in the nights most of the time. Both of them revealed during the interrogation that they had already completed a jail term and were released in October last year in connection with various crimes.
Student’s suspicious death
Hyderabad, February 3 (Siasat News): A student who was living in a hostel in Gandhi Nagar, died in suspicious circumstances.
According to police sources, 6-year-old Pappu was admitted to the hostel last week. However, he was found unconscious in the bathroom of the hostel situated on third floor and later died.
As per the details, one Balaraj, resident of Gandhi Nagar had admitted his 6-year-old son Venkat alias Pappu to the hostel on January 26.
Just after a week, he was severely injured in suspicious circumstances and some nail marks were also found on his neck.
A man had taken him to the hospital when he was unconscious. Police has registered a case of suspicious death and further investigations are on.
