Girl student gangraped in University hostel
(Siasat News): The situation at EFLU is tense after the incident of a girl student’s gangrape. It is said that a party was conducted at the university hostel where 23-year-old girl student was forced to get intoxicated and later, two boys who were also under the influence of alcohol, took turn to rape her.
In the meantime, inspector Osmania Univeristy police station Mr. Ashok Reddy said following the complaint of the student two boys are arrested. He further said that the duo Sola Samudram, 21 and ex-student Raj Simha, 24, were involved in raping the girl.
When this incident came to light, other girl students of the university demanded that that the police should take stern action against the culprits.
Fatal fall from height
(Siasat News): a woman who accidentally fell down from a height, succumbed to her injuries.
It is said that the deceased Sujatha Reddy, 55, resident of Pachvati colony, Raidurgam, was walking on her 5th floor apartment where she accidentally lost her balance and fell on the ground that proved fatal for her.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Dead body found in Pahadi Shareef
(Siasat News): The dead body of an unidentified person was found in Pahadi Shareef police limits. The deceased is said to be in the age group of 40 to 45 years and found dead in a plot at Omar colony.
As soon as the police got the information, a team reached there and after preliminary investigations, it was disclosed that deceased was brutally murdered as he was crushed by a boulder after tying both of his hands on his back with a rope.
A case has been registered and further investigations are in progress.
