Rare red sandalwood seized
(Siasat News): In a bizarre incident, some unknown persons had left rare red sandalwood in a plot of land at survey No. 95 that belonged to one Jangiah at the village Ramanjapur in Shamshabad.

He immediately informed the police. Police, after inspection of the sandalwood, informed the forest department.

The officers Guru Prasad and Kamaluddin reached the spot and shifted the red sandalwood to Hyderabad, which was estimated at Rs. 10 lakh. Further investigations are on.

Son-mother sent back from airport

(Siasat News): The immigration staff of Rajiv Gandhi International airport sent back the son-mother duo who had come from London for the want of visa.

According to the details, the son-mother duo reached Hyderabad from British Airways flight. During the immigration check, they could not produce the visa.

It is said that the visa was forgotten somewhere at London airport.

The immigration staff sent both of them back to London.

HIV patient commits suicide

(Siasat News): A woman who was inflicted with HIV, ended her life by consuming phenyl. This incident occurred in Banjara Hills police station limits where a 65-year-old woman Chandrakala took the extreme step on May 25 and died last night.

The deceased was the wife of one Kishtiah, resident of Filmnagar. She had come to know that she was suffering from HIV and was very upset ever since.

Further investigations are in progress.

Man dies in train accident

(Siasat News): A man was hit by a train while crossing the railway tracks between Umda Nagar and Budvel railway stations. He died on the spot.

As per the details, the deceased K Ram, 50, resident of Yadav Basthi, Shamshabad, could not realize that a speeding train was fast approaching when he was crossing the tracks.

Kachiguda railway police has registered a case.

Young girl missing from Shamshabad

(Siasat News): A young girl went missing from Shamshabad. Her parents have lodged a complaint with RGI police.

As per the details, Govindamma, 20, native of Mahboobnagar and resident of Chhota Golconda, was a beggar. She had come to Shamshabad for begging on May 25 and went missing ever since.

RGI police has registered a case and the search is going on.
