Girl burnt when resisted sexual advances
(Siasat News): In a grave incident, a girl was burnt alive as she resisted the sexual exploitation in Secunderabad.

This incident occurred in railway quarters last night where two persons set Arshiya Fatima afire. She is under treatment at Gandhi Hospital.

As per the details, some persons had called her to railway quarters and there; they tried to rape her but could not succeed. Out of anger, they poured kerosene on Arshiya’s body and set her afire.

Additional inspector Chilkalguda Mr. Khaja Moinuddin said that police has visited the place of the crime and the recorded the statement of the burnt girl.

She had specified two accused as Ishaque and Ismail. Further investigations are on.

Dead body fished out from bowli

(Siasat News): Ghatkesar police has recovered the dead body of a youth from a bowli.

Police said that the deceased Paramjal, 22, was a security guard and has been living in Ushapur. He went missing since January 26.

Police suspect that Paramjal might have fallen in the bowli accidentally. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.


Husband’s harassment led to wife’s suicide

(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide as she was fed up of the constant harassment by her jobless husband Saibaba.

This incident occurred in Karkhana police station limits where Jyothi, 24, hanged herself to death. The husband was jobless for quite some time.

He and his mother used to harass Jyothi. Police has registered a case.

Three die in train accident

(Siasat News): Three persons died in three different train accidents in Nampally and kachiguda railway police limits. All three are yet to be identified.

According to Nampally railway police, a man who was trying to cross the railway tracks between Hafizpet and Chandanagar railway stations, hit by a speeding train and died.

Another accident also occurred in Nampally railway police limits, a 30-year-old man died when he had jumped before a running train between Umdanagar and Hafizpet railway stations on January 28.

In the third incident occurred near Kachiguda railway station, a 35-year-old man died when he was hit by a train.

Railway police has registered all three cases and further investigations are on to ascertain the identities of the deceased.
