Husband kills wife
(Siasat News): A heart-wrenching incident of murder took place in Amberpet where a husband killed his wife.
According to police, Shakira, 40 and her husband Syed Ibrahim, 45, had exchanged heated argument last night that turned violent when out of rage, Ibrahim attacked his wife with a hammer on her head killing her on the spot.
When neighbours spotted Shakira in a pool of blood, they informed the ambulance service and she was shifted to a hospital where she was declared dead.
It is also said that Ibrahim was mentally ill and he used to fight with his wife. Police has arrested him and being grilled. He would soon be produced in the court and from there would be sent to jail.
Girl attempts suicide over marriage
(Siasat News): A call center employee who was against the alliance fixed by her parents for marriage, attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills.
This incident sent shock waves at R P road in Secunderabad. According to Mahankali police, Lavanya, 21, was in love with a man Ramesh.
However, her parents were dead against this alliance and wanted her to get married with a man of their choice who is their distant relative.
When the parents started forcing her, Lavanya informed her boy friend and told him that she wanted to meet her. Over this, Ramesh called her to temple in Secunderabad.
In the meantime, Lavanya consumed the sleeping pills meant for her mother and did not inform Ramesh about it. Further investigations are in progress.
Woman ends life
(Siasat News): A woman who was very upset over the complication in her eye, took the extreme step of ending her life by jumping from the fourth floor of a building.
According to Chandanagar police, Sandhya Rani, 48, resident of Tara Nagar in Chandanagar, was suffering from eye infection since last four years.
Sandhya went to the fourth floor of the building situated in her neighbourhood and jumped from there.
He dead body reached the ground with a big thud but instead of the ground, the body fell on the iron gate of the building and the iron rods of the gate pierced into her body. She died on the spot.
Chandanagar police further said that Sandhya had attempted suicide yesterday too but timely intervention of her husband Prasad, her attempted prove futile.
The dead body is shifted to Gandhi hospital for post mortem.
