Gold chain snatched
(Siasat News): Chain snatchers strike again as this incident suggests where a strange man riding a bike snatched the gold chain from a woman in Habeebnagar.
As per the details, the woman Saritha, 35, was going along with her children to drop them to school. In the meantime, a stranger appeared from behind on a motorbike and made his escape good with the gold chain.
Saritha is the resident of Seetharam Bagh. Police Habeebnagar immediately reached the spot of the crime and with the help of CCTV cameras, trying to identify the robber with the footage.
Police said that the gold chain was 4 tolas in weight. Further investigations are on.
Two die in road accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons died in two different road accidents occurred in L B Nagar and Medchal police limits.
According to L B Nagar police, one Santosh, 32, a motorbike mechanic and the resident of Hayathnagar, was mowed down by a speeding RTC bus.
The driver of the bus had fled the scene but arrested later whereas Santosh died on the spot.
A 55-year-old man Ramulu was hit by a speeding and out of control Tipper in Medchal that proved fatal. Both the cases are registered and further investigations are on.
Minor girl dies of burn injuries
(Siasat News): A minor girl died when the hot water fell on her body in Begum Bazar.
Police sources said that the deceased Swapna was just 4 years old and residing at Darus Salam. She was the daughter of one Karan Singh.
On December 22, she was injured when the hot water pot fell on her body while she was playing. She had sustained severe burn injuries.
She was immediately taken to the hospital where she died during the treatment last night. Police is further investigating.
