Husband’s harassment led wife to suicide
(Siasat News): A wife committed suicide as she was fed up of the constant harassment of her husband. This incident occurred in Saifabad police limits.
As per the details, the deceased Priyanka, 26, was the wife of one Ajay of Chintal Basthi. She had overdosed the sleeping pills on July 25 and when her condition deteriorated she was admitted in a hospital where she died during the treatment.
Police said that Priyanka’s husband was an alcoholic and she was very upset over his bad habit and used to ask him to give up the bad habit but all her pleas and requests went in vain.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Cell phone talking proved fatal
(Siasat News): The cell phone conversation late in the night and that too on the height of the building proved fatal for a youth. This incident occurred in Panjagutta police limits where one Nikhil, 18, fell down from the height of the building in suspicious circumstances as he was busy talking to someone on his cell phone.
The deceased was the resident of Ameerpet. He was talking to someone on the night of July 29 by walking on the terrace of the building without realizing that death is just some furlongs away as he lost his balance and fell down on the ground.
He had sustained severe injuries and died last night during the treatment. Police is further investigating.
Dentist ends life
(Siasat News): A woman dentist committed suicide at Kukatpally Housing Board. She was identified as Pravalika, 28, resident of Pragathi Nagar.
She got married just eight back with one Niranjan but husband and wife were at the logger heads right from the beginning. Police is yet to ascertain the real motive behind her suicide.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Student commits suicide
(Siasat News): An intermediate student in Miyapur was so upset over the treatment meted out to him by the college administration in which he was studying that he committed suicide.
The deceased Sekhar, 16, took the extreme step last night. Inspector Miyapur Mr. Puroshottam said the deceased was the student of inter II year and has been living in KPHB with his father Venkat who actually belonged to Odisha.
Sometimes back Sekhar and one of his friends were called in the chamber of the vice-principal and later parents of both the students were also called by the vice-principal and were allegedly threatened that did not go well with Sekhar and he, out of frustration, ended his life.
A case has been registered and further investigations are in progress.
