Furniture shop gutted
(Siasat News): An incident of fire took place in a furniture shop situated at Saber Nagar Colony in Jhirra, Tappachabutra.
The two-storyed furniture shop owned by one Mohd. Aleemuddin caught fire in the wee hours that sent shock waves in the locality and people were panicked.
The police control room was immediately informed and the fire brigades reached the spot and the fire was extinguished after six hour’s non-stop struggle.
ACP Asifnagar Mr. Ghouse Moinuddin also visited the place of the mishap and said that furniture worth lakhs of rupees completely gutted.
He further said that a case has been registered.
Man arrested for molesting the girl
(Siasat News): Rein Bazar police has arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly molesting a minor girl.
It is said that the accused Saber, resident of Gaddibowli and a butcher by profession, tried to molest the minor girl of the same locality.
The arrest took place following the complaint of the girl’s parents.
In the meantime, the girl has been sent for medical check-up.
