Missing woman’s dead body found
Hyderabad, October 27 (Siasat News): A woman who was missing from Shamshabad, her dead body ultimately fished out from Hussain Sagar.
According to Ramgopalpet police, 25-year-old Padma was the wife of one Krishna of Shamshabad, went missing from October 25.
She had left the house on the fateful day and did not return. Police, after recovering the body from the lake, identified her as the same missing Padma.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Absconding convict re-arrested
Hyderabad, October 27 (Siasat News): An under trial convict who had escaped from Osmania hospital, was re-arrested by the police within a few hours.
According to Afzalgunj police, Afsar Khan, 26, resident of Nawabsabkunta, was in Chanchalguda jail. However, due to some ailment, he was brought to the hospital.
He dodged the police constables on duty and had escaped.
The worried constables lodged a complaint in Afzalgunj police station that came into action and within a few hours, re-arrested the absconding Afsar Khan from his residence and handed him over to judicial custody.
