Sex racket unearthed at Madhapur
(Siasat News): The special operation team of Cyberabad raided a brothel at Madhapur and unearthed a sex racket which was being run with foreign prostitutes.
However, the kingpin of the gang is absconding. Police claim that he would be arrested shortly. Cyberabad police has received a tip-off that a rented flat at Priyanaka Nagar in Madhapur is being used as a brothel.
When the brothel was raided, two girls and four customers were arrested. In fact, police was trying to locate the brothel for quite some time but had failed.
A prostitute hailed from Russia. She travelled from there to Delhi and from there to Hyderabad and is reportedly comfortable at spoken Telugu.
Police is interrogating her whereas the data of the activities of the other girls are also taken into consideration by police.
Attempt to rape a Muslim girl foiled
(Siasat News): There was sensation in Rajendranagar when a Hindu boy tried to rape a 15-year-old Muslim girl.
As per the details, some youths from the locality spotted one Nagarjuna, a supervisor in Vikas Footwear Company, trying to molest the girl on Himayathsagar Road.
They immediately interfered and prevented the boy to do so and beat him. Later, he was taken to Rajendranagar police station.
The irony of this incident is that police, instead of registering a case against Nagarjuna, registered cases against those youths who set the girl free from the clutches of Nagarjuna.
After some time, a mob of nearly 200 youths assembled near the police station and demanded the action against the culprit.
Iraqi student held for possessing cartridge
(Siasat News): The immigration staff of RGI airport arrested an Iraqi student as he was found in possession of live cartridge.
He resides at Sanga Reddy in Medak district but hails from Iraq and had come to Hyderabad for educational purpose.
However, last night when he was about to board a flight for Dubai, his luggage was being screened and it was found that a 7.62 mm live cartridge was the part of his belongings.
He was immediately arrested and was handed over to Shamshabad Airport police where security agencies have started the investigations.
