Illicit relations led to murder
(Siasat News): Shamshabad ACP Mr. C H Srinivas said that police has recovered the decomposed dead body of a woman from the bushes at Shamshabad’s Tondpally village. The killers had thrown acid on her body.

He further said that that the deceased has been identified as Suguna who was the wife of one Rangiah, ex employee of railways. He died in 2003 and his wife Suguna was appointed at his place as a sweeper.

During the course of her employment, Suguna developed friendship with one Kamriah that turned into illicit relations. In the meantime, Suguna started taking disadvantage of the relations and used to harass Kamriah for money.

He had bought a motorbike for Suguna’s son some time back and she was insisting upon him for another Rs. 50,000 failing which she threatened him that she would disclose the illicit relations.

Kamriah was fed up of Suguna and decided to eliminate her with the help of his friend. According to the evil plan, Kamriah called Suguna to Shamshabad on September 17. She was later taken to Tondpally where she was offered toddy (sendhi).

When she became over drunk, Kamriah, with his friend took Suguna to the nearby bushes and strangulated her to death. Not only this but they also threw acid on her body in order to eradicate the evidences.

The duo took off gold earrings, chain and ring from her body and fled the scene. Suguna’s son Naveen had lodged a complaint with Lalaguda police.

As the body of Suguna was shifted to Osmania hospital’s mortuary, Naveen was called there and he immediately identified the dead body of his mother.

Police then laid a trap and ultimately caught Kamriah and his friend and recovered the gold ornaments and two cell phones.

Mosquito coil proved fatal

(Siasat News): Mosquito coils are used to ward off the mosquitoes and to have a sound sleep but it proved fatal for a handicap boy.

The negligence of the boy turned him severely injured. This incident occurred in Ghatkesar police station limits where one Narsimha, 18, resident of Annujiguda, Ghatkesar, sustained burn injuries on September 23.

He used to light mosquito coil before sleeping. He did the same thing on September 23 and went to sleep. In the meantime, he did not realize that his bed had caught fire.

When he realized, he was 35% burnt and was crying with pain. He was shifted to the hospital where he died during the treatment.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Man died when heard train’s whistle

(Siasat News): In a bizarre case, a 42-year-old man Sheikh Mahboob Basha, native of Kurnool and a labour by profession, died after falling into a trench.

As per the details, he was passing near the railway tracks at Shivrampally. In the meantime, an upcoming train was approaching with high speed and blowing the whistle that frightened the man and he, out of fear, fell down in an adjacent trench and died.

Police has registered a case and investigations are in progress.
