Woman ends life after killing her kids
(Siasat News): A woman killed her two children—Lathika, 2 and 10 month old Dikshita—and later committed suicide due to the harassment by her husband and in-laws at Nagarjuna Nagar under Kushaiguda police station limits.
Police said Chaitanya, 26, killed the kids by hanging them from the window grill. Kushaiguda inspector Srikanth Goud said Chiatanya then hanged herself from the ceiling.
Her parents lodged a complaint stating their daughter was harassed by her in-laws.
Tense situation after flare up at function hall
(Siasat News): The occasion of marriage turned sour when the relatives had scuffle and exchanged heated arguments. According to the details, there was a ‘Valima’ function in marriage hall at Moula Ali.
Due to the old enmity between the people from bride side and the groom side, had turned the situation tense after a prolonged heated argument, which turned violent where some of the guests from both the sides got injured.
In the meantime, someone had informed the police and it reached the venue immediately.
The sub-inspector of Malkajgiri police station Mr. Jagdish Kumar controlled the situation. No FIR was registered.
