Man arrested for sexual harassment
(Siasat News): Police Vanasthalipuram has arrested a man for allegedly raping a woman.
As per the details, one Saibaba, 35, resident of SBH colony, Vanasthalipuram had sexually harassed a woman a week ago and tried to molest her on the road.
The said woman is married and following her complaint, the police arrested Saibaba. Further investigations are on.
Man drowns in sump
(Siasat News): A man drowned in a sump situated in an apartment in suspicious circumstances. He was associated with laundry work.
This incident occurred in Saroornagar police station limits. The name of the deceased was B Anjeyalu, 37 and he was the resident of Kamla Nagar in Saroornagar.
He drowned in the sump situated in the cellar of the apartment. Police has registered a case.
Two die in train accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons died in two different train accidents occurred between Secunderabad and Nampally railway police limits.
One man is yet to be identified. In both the cases, the deceased were trying to cross the railway tracks.
According to Nampally railway police, the dead body of a man aged between 45 to 50 years is not identified who was hit by a train when crossing the railway tracks at Fateh Nagar railway station.
According to Secunderabad railway police, one Bhavani Singh, 55, was hit by a train when crossing the railway tracks between Gundla Pochampalli and Bolarum stations.
Railway police has registered cases.
Harassment of the in-laws led to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide when she was harassed by her husband and other in-laws.
This incident occurred in Alwal police station limits where P Lavanya, 25, ended her life by hanging. She was the wife of one Shankar, resident of Jawahar Nagar, Alwal.
Both of them got married two years ago. She was allegedly harassed by her husband and other in-laws and took the extreme step, as she was frustrated.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
