Delay in distribution of property led to suicide
(Siasat News): A man, who was very upset over the delay in the distribution of his family property, took the extreme step of ending his life.
This incident occurred in Medchal police limits where Linga Reddy, 60, committed suicide. Police has registered the cases against his brothers who were deliberately delaying the process of distribution of property.
They were all five brothers and 20 acres of land was their ancestral property. The deceased was demanding the distribution of the property whereas his brothers didn’t show any interest.
Linga Reddy had once threatened to commit suicide but his brothers even then did not react. Further investigations are on.
Fed up of job, woman ends life
(Siasat News): A woman who was fed up of her job committed suicide in Vanasthalipuram.
According to Vanasthalipuram police, one Umadevi, 38 wife of one Srinivas Rao, resident of NGOs colony, were the private employees.
However, Umadevi was not interested in the job and wanted to spend quality time with her family members. She was under mental pressure because of the job that ultimately led her to commit suicide.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Two advocate clerks arrested
(Siasat News): Charminar police has arrested two advocate clerks involved in tampering the court challans and did not pay the fees. Deputy Commissioner of police (South Zone) Mr. V. Satyanarayana said that Sheikh Nayeem alias Abubakar, 24, was the DVVSV Prasad’s advocate clerk.
He had taken Rs. 31,000 from various clients in the name of court fees but did not submit the money. He had taken money from four clients but paid only nominal amount in the court as fees.
This is how he duped the clients and misleading the court. In the similar incident another advocate clerk Sheikh Qasim Vali, 23 who was working with advocate Srinivas Reddy. He had collected Rs. 15,162 but deposited only Rs. 612 in the court.
Later, he tampered with the receipt and turned the amount as Rs. 15,612 after adding 15 before 612.
He further said that the registrar of Hyderabad High Court had lodged a complaint with Charminar police resulting in the arrest of both the advocate clerks.
