Husband set wife ablaze
(Siasat News): A man, who was suspicious about his wife’s fidelity, set her ablaze. This incident occurred in Nacharam where the deceased Revathi alias Reena, 29, was killed by her husband Bhikshpati, resident of Errakunta, Nacharam.
The accused used to suspect the character of his wife and used to beat her after coming home in an inebriated state. Yesterday, the same thing happened but this time, the accused poured kerosene on his wife’s body and set her ablaze.
As she was screaming profusely, her neighbours came to her rescue and shifted her to a nearby hospital where she died during the treatment.
Police has registered a case.
Failure in exam led to suicide
(Siasat News): A student, who was very upset over his failure in the exams, took the extreme step of ending his life.
This incident occurred in Jubilee Hills police limits where Sai Praneet Reddy, 19, son of Sunil Kumar and resident of Road No. 44 ended his life. The deceased was failed in all 7 papers in the second semester and was very upset ever since.
Last night, he hanged himself to death at his residence. His mother immediately brought him down by loosening the noose and shifted him to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Acute Diabetes led to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman committed suicide in Vanasthalipuram as she was suffering from acute diabetes.
The 27-year-old Sai Leela hanged herself to death. The deceased was the wife of one Praveen Kumar. The duo got married in 2007 and has two children.
She took the extreme step after her children went to school and her husband went to office. Recently she had undergone a medical test where she was diagnosed that she was a patient of diabetes and high BP. This diagnosis had heightened her tension.
A dejected Sai Leela took the extreme step of ending her life last night. Police has registered a case and further investigations are underway.
