Nurse injured in ex-fiance’s attack
(Siasat News): A dejected ex-fiancé of a nurse, attacked her in which she sustained severe injuries. This incident occurred at Kundkur in Hayathnagar.

The nurse Shailaja was standing at the bus stop to catch a bus to home. As per the details, the Shailaja got engaged with one Raju sometime back.

However, Shailaja had broken the engagement and married another man. This has hurt Raju and he wanted to avenge. When Raju spotted Shailaja along with her husband at the bus stop, he attacked her with a sharp weapon.

The other passengers at the bus stop got panicked. This incident also sent shock waves in Kundur. Shailaja was immediately shifted to a hospital where her condition is said to be stable.

Absconding convict re-arrested

(Siasat News): The south zone team of commissioner’s task force has re-arrested an under trial convict who had escaped from the police custody.

As per the details, Rajendranagar police has arrested one Syed Feroz, 26, resident of Bundlaguda in November 2012 and produced him in the court.

He had attempted suicide by injuring him with a blade. He was admitted to the Gandhi Hospital where a police escort was also deployed to keep a check on him.

However, Feroz succeeded in dodging the police and had escaped. Chilkalguda police had registered a case against him. It is also said that Feroz was a notorious thief and was involved in six other thefts in Cyberabad.

He was handed over to Chilkalguda police.

Gambling den raided

(Siasat News): The Task force police conducted a raid on Greater Family club on lower Tank Bund and arrested 15 persons. The police also seized Rs. 33,000 cash and three sets of playing cards.

The accused along with the seized materials, have been handed over to the Gandhinagar police for further action.

The club manager Prasad used to make arrangements for gamblers and he was the main accused.
