Youth held for attempting to sell revolver
(Siasat News): the west zone team of commissioner task force has arrested a youth for possessing and trying to sell a country made revolver.

According to the details, Muzammil Mohammed, 26, resident of M S Maqta and native of Bihar, had migrated to Hyderabad six years ago and had worked in a hotel.

After some time he had left the job. To meet his daily expenses, he bought a country made revolver from Odisha for Rs. 12000 and brought it to Hyderabad and trying to sell it in double the price.

Task force has arrested him and recovered the said revolver and 4 cartridges and later handed over to Panjagutta police. It is also revealed that four years ago he was also involved in an attempt to murder case and was arrested at that time.

Taxi driver commits suicide

(Siasat News): A taxi driver in Pet Basheerabad consumed pesticide in his taxi and ended his life

Police sources said that the deceased Ravinder Reddy, 28, was the resident of Alwal. He was in financial crunch for quite some time and took the extreme step last night in his taxi itself.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Police arrested two with cash bag

(Siasat News): Railway police has arrested two persons at Secunderabad railway station with big money. As per the details, the duo Chandan Sharma and Tilak Sharma, are the employees of a jeweler Girish Agarwal.

They were about to board a train with a heavy bag carrying Rs. 38 lakh in cash. They clarified that on the instructions of their employer, they were transferring this big amount to a man in Vijayawada and they have to travel from Janmabhoomi Express.

Police found that the said sum of Rs. 38 lakh was in the denomination of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 currency notes. The cash was handed over to Income Tax Deparment.

Further investigations are in progress.
