Parents’ reprimand led to suicide
(Siasat News): A youth who was very upset as he was reprimanded by his parents, took the extreme step of ending his life.

Inspector Musheerabad Mohd. Riyazuddin said that 22-year-old Mohd. Ghulam Dastagir, resident of Risala Khursheed Jah, used acid in the wee hours yesterday.

He was immediately shifted to the hospital where he succumbed during the treatment. Police said that the deceased was an employee of GVK one and did not go to his duty since last 15 days.

Over this, his parents reprimanded him and ask him to realize his responsibilities. This made him upset and he took the extreme step.

Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Man’s suspicious death

(Siasat News): A man died in suspicious circumstances near a wine shop at Alwal. He was fully intoxicated.

According to Alwal police sources, M Prabhakar, 45, resident of Harijan Basti, was an electrician. He was an alcoholic.

Police has registered a case and trying to investigate whether the deceased was dead due to over dose of the liquor or any foul play is there.

Army man hangs self

(Siasat News): An army man took the extreme step of ending his life by hanging in Secunderabad.

According to Tukaramgate police sources, the deceased Ramana Guru Murthey was a sepoy in army and has been residing at AOC center in east Marredpally.

Police said that the motive behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained. A case has been registered and further investigations are in progress.
