Mental pressure led to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman who was under mental pressure after the death of her husband committed suicide in Banjara Hills. Police said that the deceased V Laxmi, 22, resident of Vivekanagar, Banjara Hills, was the wife of one Hanumanthu.
However, his untimely death two years ago had put Laxmi under mental pressure. Banjara Hills police said that she poured kerosene on her body and set herself ablaze.
She sustained 90% burns and died on the spot. Police Banjara Hills has registered a case.
Fall proved fatal for engineer
(Siasat News): A software engineer had fallen from the gate of his hostel in Madhapur which proved fatal. It is said that the deceased Shanu Thakur, 29, resident of Bhaskar Rao Nagar, had a boozing session with his friend till late night.
After reaching his hostel, he realized that he was very late. In order to get in, he tried jump on the other side but failed in his attempt and had fallen.
He was severely injured and was shifted to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
One die in train accident
(Siasat News): A trader lost his life when he tried to cross the railway tracks.
According to railway police, the deceased V R Laxman Prasad, 51, resident of Gayathri Nagar, was trying to cross the railway tracks between Hitech city and Borabanda railway stations when he was hit by a speeding train killing him on the spot.
Railway police has registered a case and the dead body was handed over to the relatives of the deceased after post mortem.
