Fraud on buying vehicle with finance company unearthed, one arrested
(Siasat News): Rajendranagar police has arrested a man who was deceiving jobless people on the pretext of producing fake identity cards and wrong house numbers.
However, the irony of it is that despite the arrest of the conman the trouble of the house owner is not reduced from where he got readied his identity card and important documents.
Rajendranagar police has arrested Khalid Ahmed alias Moizuddin, resident of Chanchalguda. The culprit had opened an office in Upperpally where he was trying to attract unemployed people by investing money in purchasing vehicles saying that they would get rich dividends.
Sub-inspector Narsimha Reddy said that Khalid provided the wrong information to his prey that he had good contacts with Mahindra Finance Company and if they paid Rs. 2,0 0,000, he would get them a brand new car from the showroom. Moreover, he also promised that in the duration of the repayment of the money, he would continue with the same business and the dividends would continue to flow in.
He had hired the services of a woman for his office and prepared the fake documents of her identity too. Here, the point to be noted is that he had prepared all these documents by furnishing the address of one Zaibunnisa of Kalepatthar.
The deceived persons who had lodged their complaints and the police are knocking the door of Zaibunnisa and she had to face a lot of difficulties and embarrassment.
She has requested the public to kindly check their identity cards on the address of their residences because the government agencies are not trustworthy.
Sub-inspector further said that as many as 110 cases of fraud are registered against Khalid and out of this 11 persons are such who had deposited a sum of 11, 50,000 in totality.
House burgled in Toli Chowki
(Siasat News): The unknown burglars looted a house situated at Brindavan colony in Toli chowki where the house of one Noorjahan Begum was burgled and the burglars made their escape good with 7 tolas gold ornaments.
In the meantime, in-charge inspector Golconda Mr. Mohd. Khaleel Pasha said that the son and daughter of Noorjahan Begum had gone to the bank to open an account.
When they returned, they found the lock of the house broken and the jewelleries missing. Golconda police is further investigating.
Petty issue led wife to suicide
(Siasat News): A husband and wife quarreled over the petty issue of Rs. 500 and after that the wife took the extreme step of ending her life.
This incident occurred in Chandrayangutta police limits where one Anees Begum, 36, poured kerosene on her body and set herself ablaze on January 20. She had sustained severe burn injuries.
Police said that the deceased was the wife of one Hussain Zaid of Barkas. The duo got married 14 years ago.
However, on January 20, both husband and wife exchanged heated argument over the petty issue of Rs. 500 and later she took the extreme step of ending her life.
Police Chandrayangutta is further investigasting.
