Teacher attacked with knife
(Siasat News): A school teacher got injured in an attack by an unknown person in the busy area of Khairtabad. According to Panjagutta police, school teacher Saritha, 35, had reached her house this afternoon situated at Anand Nagar colony.

However, after some time a stranger somehow gained entry into her house enquiring about her husband Ramakrishna and later attacked her with a knife. Saritha was injured and she raised an alarm.

In the meantime, the attacker fled the scene. Police suspect that the unknown person might be a robber and had entered the house with the intention of robbing the gold ornaments.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

New bridegroom ends life

(Siasat News): A man who got married just eight months ago, ended his life on a petty matter after heated argument with his wife. This incident occurred in L B Nagar where Janiah, 28, hanged himself to death.

The deceased got married with one Sandhya eight months ago and both of them have been living in Bandlaguda. The deceased was a driver. The duo used to fight on petty matters.

She had gone to her parent’s house on the occasion of Dassera and on her return, both of them had another bout of fight.

This had made Janiah very upset and he took the extreme step. Police is further investigating.

Suspicious death of minor

(Siasat News): An infant died in suspicious circumstances in Raidurgam. As per the details, just 13-month-old Anurag Vaibhav, was the son of one Chaitanya Chakravorthy of New BJR Nagar colony, Gachibowli and a teacher by profession.

Yesterday, his brother-in-law Koti Babu had visited his house. At that time, the mother of the infant Saroopa Rani was also there in the house.

In the meantime, Koti had taken the infant with him for a joy ride on his motorbike. However, he came back after 20 minutes saying the infant’s health deteriorated and he was vomiting.

The infant was immediately taken to the hospital where he died during the treatment. Police has registered a case of suspicious death and started the investigations.

Trader looted at Rain Bazar

(Siasat News): In a sensational case of robbery at Rein Bazar, the robbers looted Rs. 25 lakh from a trader late last night. It is said that Mohd. Maqbool Ali, resident of Nehru Nagar, Rein Bazar, was returning home after closing his shop Maqbool textiles situated at Shahran market along with his brother-in-law.

In the meantime, two robbers on a pulsar motorbike followed them. One of them attacked Maqbool with a stick. He got injured and fell down. The robbers fled the scene with Maqbool’s Activa scooter carrying Rs. 25 lakh cash including foreign currency.

Sources said that the robbers abandoned the Activa scooter near Phisalbanda, Santosh Nagar and fled with the booty.

Inspector Rein Bazar Mr. S Ranga Rao said that a case has been registered and a special team is formed for the manhunt.
