Bid to sell fake gold coins foiled, one arrested
(Siasat News): The North Zone Team of Task force has arrested a man from Langar Houz who was trying to sell the fake gold coins saying that they were antique.
According to details, Basharath Hussein, 40, was watch repairer. He had three wives and six children. Due to this, he was financially unsound.
However, with the help of his friend Mujeeb from Golconda obtained two fake gold coins and chalk out a plan to sell them as antique. Police said that both of them were trying to sell the coins pretending that they possess some miraculous speciality.
When this report reached Task force team, they were arrested from near Secunderabad railway station. Later, they were handed over to Gopalpuram police station.
In the meantime, Mujeeb succeeded in dodging the police and escaped. Police has laid a search operation for him.
Man murdered in Chacha Nehru Park
(Siasat News): In sensational murder case, a man stabbed his brother-in-law (husband of sister-in-law) that sent shock waves in the locality.
According to details, Sheikh Mahboob, 40, resident of first lancer, was roaming in the park along with his wife Asiya Begum. Just then his brother-in-law Sheikh Mohammed reached there with his friends and stabbed him to death.
This sent shock waves in Humayun Nagar. ACP and other police officials reached the spot and shifted the dead body to Osmania Hospital for post mortem.
It is said that both of them had old enmity that resulted in the death of Sheikh Mahboob. Sheikh Mohammed surrendered before the police.
A case of murder has been registered and further investigations are on.
