Auto goes haywire, one dies

(Siasat News): An autorickshaw that went haywire at Shamshergunj cost the life of a coolie.

As per the details, the deceased Jangaiah, 45, who was working as a coolie at a rice shop, was crossing the road when a speeding autorickshaw fatally hit him.

Police said that the front wheel of the auto was unwinded and the vehicle after losing its direction hit the deceased. He had sustained head injuries that proved fatal. Traffic was jammed.

In the meantime, sub-inspector Shah Ali Banda Pratap Reddy has obtained the CCTV footage of the entire scenario and arrested the auto driver Mohd. Mehtabuddin, resident of Peeli Dargah, Barkas.

The dead body of Jangaiah was shifted to Osmania Hospital and later handed over to his relatives after post mortem.

Two months old bride ends life

(Siasat News): A woman who got married just two months back committed suicide as her husband was harassing her.

Police said that the deceased Vijayalaxmi, 24, was married to one Giri Babu in November last year. The duo was living at phase-III of KPHB.

However, Giri used to harass her to bring more dowry. When the harassment became unbearable, she hanged herself to death. Kukatpally police has arrested Giri and registered a case against him.

RTC bus mowed down minor student

(Siasat News): At a time when National Safety Week is celebrated all over the country, the reckless driving of RTC buses is still continued as 10-year-old was mowed down yesterday.

As per the details, the deceased Sana Fatima, a student of class IV, had visited Industrial Exhibition yesterday.

While returning on the bike, a speeding RTC bus hit the bike near Taj Mahal chowrasta. Resident of Warsiguda, Sana Fatima had sustained severe injuries. She was taken to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

Her parents were also injured in the accident. Abids police said that driver M Maruthi was arrested for reckless driving while a post mortem was conducted on Sana Fatima’s body.

Man dies in train accident

(Siasat News): A private employee died while crossing the railway tracks.

The deceased Mohd. Haleem, 40, resident of Uppal, was crossing the railway tracks near Lalaguda without realizing that a train fast approaching him. By the time he had realized, it was too late.

Haleem died on the spot. Railway police Secunderabad has registered a case and the dead body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary.
