Man commits suicide in police station

Hyderabad, August 22 (Siasat News): In a bizarre incident an accused committed suicide in a police station situated on the outskirts of the city. According to SHO of Maheshwaram police station, said that the deceased Madar Pasha  committed suicide in the police station.

Speaking to Siasat, he said that yesterday, sheikh Madar was summoned to the police station in connection with the suicide of his wife. According to the sources, Madar Pasha, 30, resident of Nagaram. He got married with one Zareena Begum four years back.

She had committed suicide over the suspicious nature of Madar. He was called to the police station for investigation but after reaching there, he committed suicide.

A kerosene container was also found in the police station. Madar had emptied the entire container on his body and set himself ablaze. Further investigations are on.

Plot dispute led to double murder

Hyderabad, August 22 (Siasat News): Two cases of murder reported from the jurisdiction of Cyberabad Commissionerate where in the first case, a husband and son killed a woman and in the second incident, a husband killed his wife in a plot dispute.

In Jeedimetla police station limits, Kampala Basthi is situated and there, Savitri, 40, was killed when she was attacked by her husband and son. According to police sources, Savitri’s daughter was married just one and half years back.

Her husband and son were insisting upon Savitri to sell the plot, which she owned, but she did pay any heed. This led to quarrel between husband and wife quite often. Yesterday, the father-son duo took the advantage of the situation and strangulated Savitri to death.

Inspector Sanjiva Rao of Jeedimetla had registered a case and further investigations are on. In the second incident, one Ghousiya Begum, 26, of Uppal, committed suicide by hanging.

Inspector A Satyanarayana said that Ghousiya Begum, wife of Chand Miya, resident of Uppal, committed suicide by hanging in her house.

Native of Bibi Nagar, Ghousiya Begum was under constant harassment by her husband to sell the plot owned by her and gave the money to him. Ghousiya Begum was not agreed to the dealing.

But Chand Miya did not stop harassing her, which led her to take extreme step. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
