Murder for matchbox

Hyderabad, June 22 (Siasat News): A youth was brutally murdered at Langar Houz just for the sake of a matchbox. This was disclosed today after the arrest of the murderers at a press conference by ACP Asifnagar Mr. L T Chandrasekhar.

According to the police sources, one Parvez was boozing at Huda Park. At some distance two other men Laxman and Prasad were also busy drinking.

In the meantime, when Parvez wanted to smoke, he realized that he had no matchbox. So he approached them where out of intoxication, all three of them developed an argument, which led to the exchange of fist blowing. Laxman and Prasad beat Parvez and dragged him to a nearby muddy pit.

They forcibly put his neck into the mud where after some time, Parvez succumbed due to suffocation. Police had discovered a shirt, which belonged to Laxman who had left it behind after committing the crime.

Police also recovered a ration card from the pocket of the shirt and this is how both the murderers were traced.

Inspector Langar Houz Mr. Sridhar and sub-inspector Gopal were also present in the press conference.

Lady professor ends life

Hyderabad, June 22 (Siasat News): An associate lady professor committed suicide after having a row with her husband.

This incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Chikkadpally police station. 29-year-old H Ambika took the extreme step at his residence situated at Achaya Nagar, Baghlingampally.

She had heated argument with her husband Parveen on a petty matter but surprisingly; she ended her life by hanging.

Police Chikkadpally has registered a case and further investigations are on.

RTC bus hit youth, dies

Hyderabad, June 22 (Siasat News): A young man succumbed to his injuries when he was hit by an RTC bus opposite NMDC, Humayun Nagar.

The deceased was on his motorcycle. He was identified as 25-year-old Anil Kumar who, after completing his MBA, was doing a job.

He was the native of Kurnool but residing in a hostel at Ameerpet. Police Humayun Nagar has registered a case and further investigations are on.

Employment racket unearthed

Hyderabad, June 22 (Siasat News): The south zone team of commissioner task force unearthed a four-member gang with the help of market police that was involved in deceiving the youngsters and the aspirants of the jobs in various multi-national companies.

As per the details, the mastermind of the gang Abdus Sami had created a website Clickindia.com and published ads for the jobs of software engineers. This is how they lured many job seekers who submitted their bio-datas and other credentials with the gang.

Abdus Sami with his other five associates Sudershan Kumar, P Cahitanya, K Venu, Anil Yadav and Parthasarthy, not only conducted interviews and received a sum of Rs.4, 50,000 from the unemployed youths but also handed over fake appointment letters.

When the task force team got the information, with the help of market police, it arrested four culprits and recovered four fake appointment letters, 16 bio-datas, Rs. 1,00,000 cash and a cheque of Rs. 60,000 from their possession.

Abdus Sami and Parthasarthy are absconding.
