Infant’s dead body found from bushes

Hyderabad, February 2 (Siasat News): L B Nagar police has recovered the dead body of an infant from the bushes in Birmalguda.

According to police sources, following the complaint of the municipal sanitary officer, the police came into action and found the dead body of a male child aged just 2 days.

Someone had thrown the dead body wrapped in a polythene bag. Police has shifted the dead body to the mortuary after panchnama and further investigations are on.

Two notorious rowdysheeters held

Hyderabad, February 2 (Siasat News): East zone team of commissioner task force have arrested two rowdysheeters from Mangalhaat and Bhavani Nagar police station limits and recovered marijuana and four daggers from their possession.

As per the details, Abid bin khaled, resident of Seetarampeth, is the rowdysheeter of Mangalhaat police station and was involved in the murder case of one Sheikh Firdous in 2008.

Hyderabad police extenuated him for 6 months. Mohd. Faraz Khan is the rowdysheeter of Bhavani Nagar police station, had committed various crimes in Asif Nagar police station limits along with his associate Abid.

Police said that Faraz and Abid were in possession of marijuana to be sold in the city but police has arrested them and recovered the items.

Attempt to sell antique idols—2 arrested

Hyderabad, February 2 (Siasat News): Commissioner Task force has arrested two persons who were trying to sell an antique idol.

According to the details, M A Raoof, 42, resident of Erragadda, was living in Aliabad earlier. In 2009, his friend Md. Mushtaq had given him the idols of Lord Nataraja and Goddess Parvathi to be sold in the market on a promise of 40% commission.

Raoof, in the meantime, contacted R Praveen of S R Nagar, showed him the antique idols and expressed his intentions to sell the idols for Rs. One crore.

Raoof promised Praveen a 30% commission. However, when Praveen was waiting for a customer to finalize the deal, the west zone team of commissioner task force, arrested him and recovered the antique idol. He was later handed over to S R police station.
